If you wanna be totally leagal, you can even add a cat AFTER the flex pipe like for the V-6. Extending the wiring for the O2 sensor should cost next to nothing if you're handy enough to use a $7 soldering iron.
Easy for you to say........my whole downpipe was fabricated PLUS both o2 sensors had to have bungs made.....what a PITA!
