I have been having a problem for a while with my tour. The problem is that when I accelerate, the car hestitates and then takes off kind of sudden. I notice it mainly when the fuel level is low, but does occur slightly when it is full. It goes away nearly all together right after I have filled the tank up.

Since the search function has been turned off, I was not able to do so. I am wondering if it is the fuel pump or some device to regulate the fuel pressure(?). I don't know very much about the fuel system so some info from a more knowledgeable person would be great.
