the jeep is my parents, they just have him on the ins. as a secondary driver.
they have tried taking away his car privilages, but he manages to get it anyway.
my parents never called it in as stolen before, cuz they wanted to give him a chance. if they had reprted it stolen, he would have been arrested for violation of probation.
this time they smartened up and realized that he has to get arrested to hopefully straighten him out.
my father even went as far as removing ignition fuses and relays once to keep him from takingit. he still got it started and took it.
