i guess this thread isnt really meant for a lot of people in NE, but i figured if anyone in the area is out driving around, ya know

Damn man. I hope he wanders back and makes a lot of people close to him, feel much better. Hopefully, everything works out fine. Doubt I'll see him, but I've printed out that first post just in case.

i just got off the phone with my mother
she called verizon and found out t that calls were being made form the phone.
they refused to tell her the numberes called without a warrant!
yet they let her shut the phone off.
WTF!
also she has spoken with the courts and becase my brother is on probation, he now has a warrant out for his arrest, for violating probation.
hmph
i honestly hope the polce find him and lock him up
i think its what he needs to help straighten him out.

So now that a warrant has been issued, can the police triangulate the location of the cell phone?
Have you tried calling the cell phone, but blocking the Caller ID, and therefore it would show up as PRIVATE or UNAVAILABLE?
Also, since it's your mom's cell phone, do you know if he is checking the Voicemails on the phone?
Was Verizon able to determine if he was answering any incoming calls?

Also, when does your billing period end? These numbers will be on your next statement, and can be accessed online. If your billing cycle is soon, you can get them that way.
Also, if your brother used this cell phone in the past, he may have previously called these numbers. You may want to take a look at your previous bills online, see what numbers were called, and when, and start calling some of those numbers. Just a thought.

If it is her phone and in her name she has the right to know. Sue believes that if he is under the age of 18 the legal guardian would have access to those records as well.
Elky I'm really sorry to hear about your brother, if there is anything you need let me know. Sue and I cruise the Rt 2, Rt 190, 290, 146 we'll keep the eyes open too.

I hate to make a second pessimistic post, but I don't think triangulation is working in MA as of yet. There are only a few select US cities that have it.

as of this morning he is still missing.
the warrant that was issued for him wont work for verizon, they want a specific warrant to release the phoine records.
i tried to get my mother to go down to a store in person, but she wont leave the house.
and they (verizon) will not try to locate the phone.
he just turned 17 in september.
