Go with what you want. Some poeple have installed 6x9's in there rear deck and are quite happy with them. We don't mean to discourage you.
What was the intent of putting them there, more bass or do you like the treble and midrange coming from there? If you're looking for more bass, you might be interested in my solution or something similar.
