I really think the market location has alot to do with price...Some places are more saturated with SVT's, or any car for that matter, than others...But, as for the question, I think you can find someone somewhere to pay 10K, but you might not...You can get a 2000 for that price or even lower depending on the seller...I'd say probably around the 8K range...
