Well the Service Advisors aren't all that great there either. Back when I had my Mazda 626, I took my car in for service there a few times.......and it amazes me how they treat customer's (pretty much like you know nothing about how a car works). I highly doubt this is something across the board, but I think the point Coug was making is why give someone your business when they can't treat you as a vauled customer from the start.
