I am totally impressed with the JL amps. I don't quite understand the whole load sensing thing, but it works. I have the 300/4 (75x4). I have the front channels in stereo and the rear channels bridged (150watts @ 8 ohms). The load rating is 1.5 to 4 ohms stereo or 3 to 8 ohms bridged. Jl Audio isn't really about SPL, mostly SQ. play a set of main speakers through a Rockford amp and then play the same speakers through a JL.....you too will be amazed!
The load sensing thing is cool. You can load it down to 2 ohms and still know exactly what wattage youre pushing. And know that it's still clean.
