Hey Kerry!!
I remember you weren't/aren't too happy with the Yoko's performance in the wet...I just switched out the ES100's with 225/50/16 Bridgestone Potenza RE750's...AWSOME TIRE!!! Great wet grip...driving with the Yoko's was like driving with mittens on...got back that "razor sharp" SVT feel!!!
Art
Really? Good for you. ES100s SUCK. Ruined the steering response, handling sharpness, and wet traction. Dry traction I don't imagine is better than any average performance tire. But they ride nice...
I should have gotten Firehawk SZ50 EP shoulda shoulda....I was cheap!
I need to wear these babies off in a hurry.
Boys and girls, never cheap out on tires. Buy what you want.

With a recently installed bat handling kit that FINALLY settled and new 225/45's on 17's w/ a 40mm offset... massive rubbing in back w/ rear passanger on rough roads... (fenders need to be rolled, but like I EVER have passengers in back) w/o rear passenger, only minimal rubbing in rear on the pass side on slanted turns. Up front... drivers side tire rubs on wheel well liner when backing up while turning to the right. Otherwise under normal driving, no problems. And there's maybe about 3/4 to 1" clearance between the sidewall and the strut
