Not-so-much. So much has to do w/ the launch it isn't even funny. I'll freely admit I can't launch for crap, and probably don't have the quickest shifts in the world. A better driver can make up for the HP differences we're looking at here (what - 30 HP or so?).
Note the difference in traps. That's the only indication my car is (was) putting down the extra power it had.

he who gets across the finish line wins.... unless it's braket racing then it's he who is closest to his dialed in times. without going faster than their dialed time.

Joe you can't read, I never said I was faster than him. I'd said I'd be close (I may have said close with a header, can't remember).... Anyways,,, what is Hector running right now??? I'm pretty sure that's his best run. I wanna know what his 1/8 mile is when he ran that 17.9 1/4 mile recently.... I might be faster NOW.

track conditions, elevation above or below sea level, ect ect ect....
when I was bone stock 1/4 mile track I would get at one track mid 17's same week I could goto a differnt track and get mid 16's.... some tracks are not the flattest in the world
