Ran the 1/8 mile 5 times today, car started idling a bit funny, but ooooo well.

Best ET 11.091@64.94mph
Best 60' were in low 6s (best one didn't print)
Highest mph was 65.12 on a 11.133 run.

4 of the runs were without spare,, all were without subs. This was done with my 17"s with all season tires, so obviously with my 14"s, I'd be into the 10s.

Feel free to comment... Yes I was the slowest car there, next slowest was my friends v6 at stang and a cavy z24 both running mid 10s. Street car that broke-newer model v6 eclipse, axles broke due to massive burnout.

Please post your 1/8 mile times as well, I know most of ya'll run 1/4 mile, so dig up your timeslips and post what the 1/8 mile was.... I should be running 10.6-10.7 next year easily.

And I weighed the car before we went out there with the subs out (spare in). Weighed either 2760 or 2780, can't remember (yes I got some useless crap I had in the car out from the last time I weighed it).

I have no idea if thats good or bad since I don't know what quick cars would run in a 1/8 mile.

For reference, my friend's sentra se-r spec-v runs high 9s. A modified corvette zo6 ran 7.7 A s10 ran 5.10

I ran a best 1/8th mile of 10.788 in my 'Tour last summer with a completely stripped trunk. Friend's Focus ZX3 (slightly modded) ran a best of 10.6xx and another friend's Focus SVT was in the 10.3's all night. What kind of reaction times were you getting? All mine were terrible. I mean .6+ range. Then again, Josh (friend in FSVT) got an RT of .026, yeah, we still have to hear about that one.

Oh, my papa's s/c Park Avenue ran 10.101 with a trunk full of golf clubs and a burn-out launch. I only drove it that one time, he keeps the time slip in his glove box. A couple times, at a gas station or where ever, he's shown it to ricers and asked if it was a pretty good time. My papa...

oic. Well, remember some tracks take ET and RT to determine the winner. I can't find the timeslip, but I beat a guy by .006s because my RT was .5 faster than his and his ET was only .494 faster than mine, so I crossed the finish line first. I got the win light, even though he ran a better pass, I got off the line a half second quicker and that little jump won the race.
