Worse case scenario, the SE will be traded with all that is in it, as long as the deal for the Maxima is satisfactory.
then why make the post?!?! You shouldn't have mentioned anything at all!!! get my hopes up!
Well, what can I do, things change from day to day, and any way, if I change my mind about this Maxima, the SE will be around a little bit longer, so there is still a very good possibility of parting out the car.
I have to take out the Maxima (today) for a test drive (it's a used one) before I make a final decision about the whole deal.

Heh, not a problem Keith. Here's the scoop, the dealer already offered me an amount for the SE, whether it has the mods on it or not. If I don't get any serious offers for the SE, intact, then the parting will begin. One catch though, actually two, I am not going to tackle this all by myself, so I was thinking, we do a mass removal of the parts over a period of a day. We'll line up each vehicle one by one, swap the parts between the SE and the other vehicle, and away goes the parts, one at a time. Second catch, this all would have to happen within the next week or so. So don't be dissapointed yet. PS: The harder of the swaps will be the UD pulley and the intake manifold, et al. The Y-pipe and exhaust, hopefully wouldn't be too hard.

Mark, the system is 2 1/2" all the way, and showed gains of 7hp at the wheels (peak), over a resonatorless stock SVT exhaust system. This would equate to about 9 or 10hp (peak) at the wheels over a stock SE exhaust system.

Before, I get lambasted for doing a semi for sale ad here, what I propose to do is this. I am going to take out the chip, reinstall the stock air box and flex tube, and ask my exhaust to take off the exhaust system, high flow cat and MSDS y-pipe. I'm not going to state any prices here, you will have to email me.
As far as the exhaust, I would like to do the swap all together, if possible, and on the same day, probably next Saturday.
That's the latest for now, but I am still waiting on one response about the purchase of the SE intact. This will be the final determination of what will happen with the SE and the parts.
