Incredible looking car...

One suggestion though: lose the front plate.

One of the best cars indeed.

TheGreatestOne:

called QUADLIGHTS FORD MONDEO 97-00

cost for US (or any country non-EU member) - $405. There are some models there that cost $497

Shipping not included. I guess the price is for 2 headlight assemblies + the plastic piece... I can't believe the plastic alone can cost this amount of money unless it's for 2 headlight assemblies.

It hypothetically SHOULD fir our cars, since that's how 1997-2000 Mondeo's headlights look like:

Now, we should get an answer from the proud owner - where da heck did he get his and does it fit our cars or not?

Well considering I did not do this install myself, I will not be able to give great detail but by no means I am any kind of a body work guy, It is hard stuff to do. I watched most of it get done, First of these headlights are a little smaller than ours, You will have to make a half moon shape piece of metal to weld onto your fender about 1 inch longand the hight of your fender in that spot and of course you will have to bend it a little to go with the fender line, kinda like a fender extension I guess you could call it, That is the hardest part he said, At first he made a template out of card board to estimate the size and shape of the piece of metal then he had a sataline tourch to cut out the metal then you weld it on. A little of the core support needs to be cut out, you will have to make some brackets possibly and as far as I know you need the mondeo grill (it looks a litttle different, a little smaller) The grill came with the headlights when I bought em. But there will be a little gap in between the headlights and the hood, and My carbon fiber hood shook like crazy so I had no choice but to put on some pins But they are growing on me. The bumper does not need to be modified, and you will have to do a liitle re wiring for the H4 headligh bulbs and the all the other light, turn signals, highs etc... That is basically it, If you are a good body work guy you can do this heck even a good welder could probably do this, here is one more pic for the road
