Hey, that's how we make egg rolls at the chinese place i work at! We take the leftover food from the buffet at closing, mix them up, add some cabbage, spices, and sauces, then stuff them in egg roll wrappers...a week later!
I am so serious, and it's not against any FDA rules at all.
