As far as the Mc Nuggets go the industry term is "chopped and formed". Doesn't that just make you hungry? It's 100% chicken but so are chicken feathers and chicken zhit. Oh and they(maybe not Mc Donald's)can actually bleach dark meat to make it look like white meat chicken. What could be better for you then processed food. Don't ask fat boy or his brother, they don't know!
