Don't think a lightened flywheel is going to help an auto transmission.
Lightnened and underdriven PS and alternator pulleys that can be had in the GB Forum. Not a lightened crank pulley on a Duratec though! TCCA Forums could help you as well. A shift kit will help a lot if you're having anything done to the tranny.
