Looks like it's been painted straight across the top of the licsense plate space. Looks kinda like a Caddie Catera, eh?

It's shown in it's unfinished form. The painted chrome strip is missing and I have yet to paint the tail lights to finish off what I'm doing. But what I have painted so far has been wet sanded so you can't even feel where the paint stops and goes into the reflector......it's that smooth
This will give you a better idea. This was before I cut and buffed it.... and yes that's an Ebony black ford emblem too. You're looking at the only chrome on my car now, that Ford script
