Does anyone have the door dig gards from a 98 Silver SVT? I don't like the ones on my '00 CSVT... they look like plastic that someone just glued on. There's no 'contour' to them. (sorry I had too) Thanks.

okay.. maybe I am just saying something that you already considered... but.. how about knauberizing your doors?
I think they are alot more "contour"-ed afterwards then ANY set of dings there are..

I would love too, but while the original owner had the car, someone keyed it, and the owner had it repainted. The gaurds were not removed for the repainting, and there is obviously a problem if I remove them. I have already checked to see how bad, and it would need a ton of wet-sanding to smooth things out. Maybe in the future though...

Are you serious???? your acctually gonna sell them? i can understand the shipping cost. I had 3 sets of silver ding gaurds that i trashed cuase who in the hell would really want them other than if they where painted ect. I have a Set of green in garage but that won't help you... plus there from a 99. Sorry i just can't believe he would want money for them... lol

All SVT's and mystiques have the same ding guards. The regular contours have the skinnier ones that roll up.

Incorrect. 98 SVTs have much "nicer" ding guards than 98.5+, which are cheap and "cookie-cutter" style.

If you can find out whatshipping is.... I'll most likely take them. They will fit right over the spot where the old ones were? I hope so...
