You can't get a 4ohm mono load with a pair of 4ohm SVC subs. It would be a 2ohm mono load wired in parallel, or an 8ohm mono load wired in series.

You would get a 4ohm mono load by wiring the 2ohm SVC subs in series, or a 1ohm mono load wired in parallel.

I've just got to say that whatever you're wiring up to your amp, make sure that it can handle it.

An important thing to remember that many novices don't know is that bridging your amp effectively halves your ohm load. Each channel "sees" half of the load. Hence, a 4ohm mono load is equivalent to a 2ohm stereo load.

I know, I know, my "terms" aren't 100% accurate, but they're easier for the novice to understand. Well, that's if anyone is following my rambling... smile
