Yes, one of the main problems you will have is a non stock intake. As soon as they see it, yoinks you fail. I don't see the rest being any different though. Depending on where you move, I still have my stock stuff just for this occassion if you want to borrow it for the day. Any modification to cat and up(includes aftermarket cat, y pipe, headers, etc.) is illegal, but unless you take it to a jerk that HAS to see everything, they won't look because it's hard to see that stuff. Basically any mod to the engine is illegal technically in CA. Welcome to the Sunshine State.....Just to clear up any future confusion on exhaust....you can do whatever you want to the cat-back area for Smog, but the local cops might not like it too much.
