Sorry to hear about your luck. Those Contour parts sure do add up quick (possibly because they only made them for a short amount of time). About a month ago I merely went over a curb (decent sized) in my SVT after losing control around a corner and I think the final estimate/damage came out to be $3k (most of that cost was repainting and new wheels).
