I've had this problem last year and its starting this year to. i live in chicago so it gets cold and sometimes in the cold my car starts but cant keep ideling. i have to hold the gas down for a while in order to warm it up and then after a while it keeps its RPM's. if i let the gas go it shuts off. sometimes i floor it a couple times and it works right away, other times it takes a while. this doesnt happen often. could it be the throttle position switch? any ideas? after the car is warm this problem doesnt occur,something must be stuck.
