It's Carisma Automotive's TVR Cerbera from Colchester, Essex.  Cover of Car Audio & Electronics December 2003. Lots of really nice stuff in it. Although the interior is quite busy and complicated. 
No, the Mondeo sail panels will not interchange with Contour sail panels, nor will the body kits.
