i know this is a stupid question, but would there be a downside to mouting it on the back of the rear seats, with top of amp facing rear. i know this is a common mounting method, but the amp is closer to upside down than right side up. could there be any heat problems w/mounting this way?
but now, i'm seriously thinking about a similar setup to the one nate s posted. NICE RACK!!!
what would one need for a rack like that? just a piece of wood and some long screws w/locknuts? how long of screws would be needed.
