Heres the super short easy version
One Craftsman cotter pin extrator tool.
Wire cutters
Use the cotter pin tool to pry and force the reflector out. Then use the wire cutter to break it apart.
Takes 5 mins if that... If your careful no scraches either... I have done 4 of them like this and one drilling and this way looks alot better and its alot simpler
