Heres the super short easy version
One Craftsman cotter pin extrator tool.
Wire cutters

Use the cotter pin tool to pry and force the reflector out. Then use the wire cutter to break it apart.

Takes 5 mins if that... If your careful no scraches either... I have done 4 of them like this and one drilling and this way looks alot better and its alot simpler

does that work on pre-98s ????

But it sure is fun, and it's damn hard to mess up anything inside.

I did mine a similar way, but my way you don't have to be careful...Take a long flat head and wrap the [censored] out of it with duct tape...Commence to prying, then breaking apart the reflector with pliers or wire cutters as Steeda said...Uh, no pics...It looks the same no matter which way you do it...

the curve of the cotter pin tool makes it about a 2 mins job.. I did skrilla's in like 10 mins with ummm allen wrench i think? The cotter pin extractor is soo easy and you could wrap it with electrical tape not to scrach anything..

THanks skrilla i knew you would post pics your always good for the whorin!!!
