Alright guys... I get it. I will be upping to 30# injectors (Warmonger, I agree that 42#'rs may be a bit excessive, unless I can get them for cheaper than 30#rs). I do not like running my 24#rs at 100% duty cycle.
I did not change the boost pulley. I was making about 9.5 PSI @ 7600 RPM on the 2.5L. I am now making roughly 7.75 PSI @ 7000 RPM. The displacement is larger so therefore it takes more to build boost. I am not running all the way to 7600 RPM any longer, either. I am happy with that much boost as I feel confident that I will not overboost my current setup. I also have a ton of room to play now. There should be no problems hitting 310-320 FWHP with a tank of 109 Octane. I may get a smaller boost pulley, but for now there is no real need.
