If you own a haynes manual.. Check out Chapter 11, Section 14..
illustration 14.3a ("Remove the two bolts") This is a photo of that cable, and as you can see, the metal door handle rod runs underneath it.. You can tell why I was stating that your door handle will move when you are close to it.. That cable (runs horizontaly, [The arrow is located on top of the cable]) is the one you want to press down..


If you DON'T own a haynes manual... GET ONE..
