Probably cuz your gas is outrageously priced compaired to the USA. 1.6's probably get 30+ MPG

Let's not, and just say we did...Heh. Those chops are excellent. The craftsmanship is incredible. But I can't get over WHY.  Now if they did the Mustang front on the Focus...

I'm talkin about city, I do agree you can get some real good gas milage out of those Zetecs

i have sen almost 530 miles on one tank...all highway and an MTX, plus my chip makes it so i can cruise at like 1200 RPMS or something. dunno, i dont have a tach!

lets see you do that with some more mod under your belt 
I can get 400 if I really want to look at the low fuel light for a long time and risk running dry.
