Those are NOT recalls. Please read the heading above each section. Only those under the heading of safety, emissions, or general RECALLS are actually recalls.
The rest are "TSB"s (Technical Service Bulletins).
A TSB is a communication issued by Ford to dealers that contains any of a number of types of information. These include diagnostic procedures, parts revisions, service manual updates/supplements, and other bits of information that Ford has determined is important to communicate to the servicing dealers.
Many TSBs cover multiple vehicles and are issued because the information applies to all of the affected vehicles.
Again, please learn to distinguish between a "Recall" and everything else.
OTOH, eighteen total (including general) recalls on the first model year of a new production vehicle is nothing to brag about.
