That's a good point about Black Ice. Black Ice is more likely to appear at traffic lights and stop signs. The reason for this is because the exhaust from cars sitting at traffic lights can be enough to melt snow/ice. Then after the light changes, the melted snow/ice can refreeze, making for very slippery conditions. Definately approach slowly.
