I can get the H&R 'S sport springs (4) for only $159, I believe that is a good price. What is the difference in handling between the Intrax and the H&R 's, Is there?

No, it sits even, there is just a bigger gap up front. Maybe you got special springs, but it is a known problem of the Eibachs. It sits about an inch off the front and the rear is right on top of the tire.
