Donnie brasco was pretty good although it it was no where near as good as the book because 90% of the movie was false. Also the Goodfellas book(Wiseguy) was also way better than the movie..
Books are deffinitly way more descriptive with the scenes but always take longer. Over the summer I broke my leg and read alot of good gangster books that were pretty good.
