Well, I have
these . They look exactly the same as what you want, but are Pioneer Premiere. In fact, you may want to consider them. I got them locally for $90 a pair.
Anyway, mine fit with no problem at all in the front, you just have to drill new mounting holes. The back is a small pain. You have to grind the hole a little where the speaker support is, just needs to go lower by about 1/2 inch. Then drill new holes (I had to use some longer screws than provided, too) and you're set!
I have no clearence problems with windows or door panels, and they sound great!
