Thats about normal, especialy at first startup after not running a while. The black is just a little soot from inside the exhaust pipe. My 95 V6 always did about the same.
You should see what comes out of our 84 Olds Cutlass!! (My wife drives it during the week and I play with it on weekends!) Small Block Chevy V8, Summit Racing cam & lifters, Edelbrock Performer 4 barrel and intake Manifold, Accel distributor, Dynomax headers w/ dual cats and true dual exhaust, yadda, yadda! The water spews out first startup in the morning, especially on those damp Long Island mornings!

Thats a relief... everyone told me its bad... I didnt believe them, but its always good to know im not taking risks...

If something seems fishy, do research, find out on your own, the internet's a wonderfulf tool for learning. Don't believe everything you hear because some people don't know what they're talking about. There are a lot of well informed people here in the group though.
