Rules:
Someone posts a wish or desire.
The next poster grants the wish, but with a clever twist making the wisher wish she hadn't wished that wish. That poster then posts her/his own wish.
Example:
A: I wish for a big house with an ocean view.
B: Granted! Too bad about the approaching hurricane.
B: I wish for a bagel with cream cheese.
C: Here's your bagel. Shame you didn't check the expiration date on the cheese.
and so on.
Guidelines:
No wishing for unlimited wishes or wishes that can't be corrupted. That's just a game stopper.
Please try to mangle the desire in a way that's related to the desire itself, not just random acts of despair.
example:
I wish for a ham sandwich.
Here's your ham sandwich, but you get hit by a truck before you can eat it.
