About a month ago I saw one on 84 pulled someone over in front of me, scared the heck outa me....
I have also seen a Impala SS (the nice one
) Black or navy with heavey tint and lights in back windows.
Anyone know if they can use any kinda car they want? or is it restricted cars only?
