ive been wanting to upgrade my throttle body,,does any body have any suggestions.. should i just buy a new own or could i optimize mine and if so how? i did search sorry thanks for all your help

Be little more specific when asking questions like this.
Do you have an SVT? Standard Duratec?
Your best bet is an optimized SVT TB. Going bigger will most likely not get you any more power unless you're going forced induction.

i have a 98 svt..and i guess optimizing it would be the way to go then ..but i dont know how..but thanx for the help

there's a how to in in the "how-to"s......or my suggestion would be to send it to BNoon for like 50 bux. It's not worth messing it up, because the cost of a new TB is around 150...

He's on vacation until 12/15. He quotes about $60 plus a $115 refundable core charge. He also wants the same one back that he has done, i.e., he does an SVT, has doesn't want a non-SVT core back. The powercoat goes for $45. I'm gonna have him do me one when he gets back.
BTW, I have a Superchip from my previous 1997 Contour Sport Zetec. I got it from KKM. When I send in the chip to be reburnt, will I have to tell KKM all the engine mods I have or does that matter?
