I have never heard that before, A battery cable is little to no restince in it so I don't belive it would moving it would affect it. I relocated my battery to the trunk with and optima because the optima requires no ventiltion, an oem type battery releases hydrogen and oxygen and I don't exactly want that realased into my car! esecialy when charging it realases more!
