Basically you'd spend about 3-4 times what the car is worth getting it converted. DOT glass, getting a spare one crash tested. Then you'd have to get insurance on a grey market car. Have fun there. With the enonomy there, you could get a family to let you use their address for $20/month. Seems like alot of hassle for an average car. Here is an idea... Buy a Contour 1995-2000 or a 2003 Mazda6.
