I have an annoying rattle/chatter coming from the front suspension (sounds like the top of the strut area). I have had a good look round and there is nothing obviously loose/worn (wishbone bushes, roll bar bushes all seem OK and the strut upper mounting bolt is tight). The noise is definately a "rattle" rather than a clunk or knock. I am contemplating removing the strut to have a closer look. Any ideas or suggestions, greatly appreciated. By the way, the car is a 1999 ST24 with 46K miles on.
