TBNPLR, I am having the exact same problem. I bled it and no air pockets in the lines. Reverse sucks in the morning and 1st is always hard to engage into. When shifting hard after the car is warm and running high RPMs sometimes I won't be able to shift into 2nd at all. I definitely have to make sure to push the clutch all the way to the floor in order for me to change gears. MTX75 blows.
