[/thinking out loud] I'm thinking that with both engines running from their own management systems, it's going to be hard to match revs for shifts and everything. I doubt they'd always be running identically. [/stops talking to himself]

It wouldnt really matter abt a small difference. I remember seeing a twin engine light weight car with sequential gear boxes. The guy just flicked a small lever to move up a gear, and then another to change the other gear box up. He didnt even need to take his foot off the pedal. He could change gears in both at the same time. However, if he didnt, the engines could be running 1000s of rpms of a difference

Save your money, don't blow it on a Tour. They are nice but not worth the costs you're going to incur.
The dynamics of the whole setup would make the car a bear to drive & handle. It'd kick ass in straight line, but would want to swap ends on every corner.
If you're coming into $$ Save or invest a little and if you want toys then put it into something that's still in production. Every year the parts & service for Tours gets a little less and less and less.......
But that's just my $.02 worth.
