That 'tube' fuse may have somehow fallen out of the inline fuse on the 12V wire(red) going to your new head unit. Check there and check your grounds. Also check all your interior fuses. Your fuse box is under your dash to the left of the brake and swings down to allow access. Go through it with a fuse tester and see if one is blown. If your dome lights don't work this is most likely the case. Also, check all your splices/solders between the head unit and the factory wires to make sure you don't have any metal sticking out and grounding on something it shouldn't. HTH.
