Well so it came time to shell out the money to get some new rubbers put on the csvt. Last time I had Nitto 450's put on and they lasted well around 11 months so I figured I would give nitto another chance, so I had discount put on the New Neo Gen tire. My first Impression of the tire is its ability to grip the road in wet conditions, because anyone that lives in the houston area knows last night was definantly a night to test out wet traction! Anyways I havent had them long enouph to determine the tread life yet but I will keep this thread up to date on the condition of the tires. But my first impressions are two thumbs up..

11 months?! Mine are about 3-4 months old and still look almost new except for the excessive camber wear...but that's taken care of now.

How many miles did you get out of the 450's? I ask because I sold my first set of aftermarket rims with them on there and at the time, they had about 12K on them and the next owner got about another 15K out of them, although they were pretty close to being wore out. So I'd say 25-27K is pretty good, especially since the tire had a 300 wear number and AA traction and A for the temp rating. What the stats on the Nitto Gen tire (treadwear, traction and temp)

Neo Gens are 280 AA and A , I will soon be recieving my caster camber kit, so i will get more life out of these tires.
