They sell it most of your local autoparts stores, I get mine from Pepboys. Its basically an additive that goes into the cooling system and helps it run cooler, it really works, but you still wanna make sure the coolant is fresh, thats really the most important thing you can do, the waterwetter just makes it that much more effective. As far as price goes, expect to pay about $7.00 or so for a bottle, its kinda of a pink color, so its easy to find
