yeah, got it by a skate in alaska...no fun...ouchies. also got hit by a school of jelly fiush up there as well. my dad gunned the boat in an effort ot avoid being hit and i flew out the back...not cool.
EDIT: and i dont believe mantas have stingers...i ahve seen divers ride on them, very cool creatures. besides fully grown mantas are HUGE!
