Agreed, take it to the dealer to have them inspect it. That's free at least & you'll know from there.
In my case, they had the car for about a month tying to get it right. It's not realy a clean swap, they have to splice into wiring at the junction box I believe. But if you have cracked wiring around the maf, or the radiator wiring, you'll want to get that replaced.
