Get one that is Snell 95 or Snell 00 rated. The Snell95 is about to expire, so I would go with Snell 00.
The helmet I have is a full face, with face shield. I paid about $150 for mine early last year. I forget the brand of hand. Try searching, if you haven't already, in the archives. I remember several big threads about helmets.
