i'm very interested but only if the price will be lower than $700. i can buy it locally at a store for that much, so price would have to be low to be worth it for me

RIght now, the price looks like $595 + $30 shipping, but I will start a thread with all the details of the buy itself.

I've gotta buy Christmas presents and that's still pretty up there. Doesn't seem like too much of a close out price to me. Oh well, I'll stick with my "spontaneous decision" set up for a while.

I agree with you on that. For a close out price I would think it would be less $ than that.

bor-14868, pretty sure these prices are all without shipping too:
SP motorsports $654
summit racing $670
Big Exhaust.com $650
Century Performance $630

yes he did mention this is a close out sale, but I still think you all are getting a pretty reasonable deal on this.

I paid roughly $580 for mine in Sept 2001.
If I were to buy one now, it'd cost me roughly $760.
I think this group buy is quite decently priced.

(as noted by SP motorsports, non SVT owners would be able to get this system as well, they'd just have to get a second hanger installed) my local speed shop installed my dual catback system for $50, and my stock system had single exhaust.
